How do I place an order?
After determining which products you would like to order, select the chart/product from the drop down menu and click "Add to Cart". If you prefer to pay by money order or check, please send an email to charts@discountnautical.com.  We will respond shortly with confirmation and payment instructions.

Does DiscountNautical ship to foreign addresses?
Yes, DiscountNautical can ship to most countries; however, some charts have export restrictions. Please contact us for a quote and shipping options. Shipments are FOB Venice/North Port, FL.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Depending upon availability you should receive your order in 6-10 business days. Some items can be expedited from the warehouse at an additional cost of of approximately $10. 

Can I pay for my purchase by credit card?
Yes. For fast processing of your order, pay by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button. Your payment will be processed through PayPal.com on a secure server.

What is your return policy?
As many charts are special ordered, all sales are final. The only exception is some marine electroncis may be returnable if unopened and in resalable condition. RMA is required, a restocking fee may be applicable, and subject to approval by the manufacturer.

How are charts shipped?
Charts will be packaged for shipment in a way that preserves their original format. Rolled paper nautical charts will be rolled in a tube for shipment in the US. Folded charts are mailed in the appropriate sized envelope. The exception is for international shipments, charts will normally be folded; however, tube shipment is available by special request (additional fees apply). Items ship by USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground depending on your selection made at checkout. Items that are over-sized or require special handling may be shipped by Federal Express, UPS, USPS Parcel Post or Media Mail at our discretion.

What if my chart arrives damaged?
DiscountNautical ships most charts with a very low occurrence of damage; however, the occasional shipment does get damaged while in transit. If shipping by USPS Priority Mail, we recommend spending the extra dollar for insurance so your risks are covered. No additional charges are required for FedEx and UPS Ground shipments as insurance is included. DiscountNautical is unable to assume responsibility for damages during shipping by USPS, FedEx or UPS. Shipments are FOB Venice/North Port, FL. If your order arrives damaged, insurance is the only way to cover your loss.
